Responsibilities:


• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through social media channels, emails, and phone calls.


• Welcome and assist clients at the showroom, presenting Calido's decorative and architectural lighting products.


• Provide detailed product explanations and recommendations based on the client's project requirements, design style, and budget.


• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure client needs are accurately understood and fulfilled.


• Review project drawings, BOQs, and design requirements to identify suitable lighting solutions.


• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including detailed quotations, product datasheets, and lighting specifications.


• Support designers and consultants by providing samples, mock-ups, and technical documentation when required.


• Ensure proposed products meet project specifications, design intent, and technical standards.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on client preferences and trending designs.


• Assist in updating showroom displays and ensuring all exhibited products are properly labeled and functional.


• Support social media engagement by providing product insights and assisting in responding to client comments and messages.

Requirements:

Background in Engineering or Fine Arts (preferable)

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience with 3ds Max (preferable)

Proficiency in English language

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Attention to detail and high organizational skills
