About the Role

As an
Assistant Brand Manager
, you'll work hand-in-hand with our
Brand Manager
to ensure every piece of content, campaign, and communication reflects Cizaro's soul, not just how we
look
, but how we
make people feel
.

You'll collaborate closely with our
content creators, graphic designers, PR partners, and social media team
to make sure our storytelling stays consistent, creative, and emotionally resonant across all channels, online and offline.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in Brand Campaigns:
    Help plan and execute creative campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement, and emotional connection with our audience.
  • Content & Visual Consistency:
    Work closely with the content and graphics teams to ensure brand identity is reflected in every visual, caption, and post.
  • Market & Trend Insights:
    Monitor fashion trends, competitors, and customer feedback to keep Cizaro's brand relevant and fresh.
  • PR & Influencer Coordination:
    Support in managing collaborations with influencers, stylists, and PR agencies to boost visibility.
  • Community Understanding:
    Track engagement and sentiment on social platforms and help craft responses that strengthen brand love.
  • Offline Branding Support:
    Contribute to in-store visuals, packaging, events, and activations to ensure a unified brand experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for someone who's not just organized, but inspired. Someone who loves fashion, creativity, and understands that building a brand is about more than just selling products, it's about storytelling and emotion.

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    marketing, branding, or creative management
    (fashion experience is a strong plus).
  • Solid understanding of social media culture (especially Instagram & TikTok).
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for visuals and brand tone.
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.

Reporting Structure

You'll be reporting directly to the
Brand Manager
, and will collaborate with:

  • Content Team
    (storytelling, captions, photoshoots)
  • Graphics Team
    (visual identity and design)
  • PR Team
    (events, influencer relations, press features)
  • Moderation Team
    (social engagement and tone of voice)

Together, you'll form the heartbeat of Cizaro's brand communication.

Location & Working Hours

  • Location:
    Cizaro Head Office – New Cairo
  • Hours:
    Full-time, 9 AM – 5 PM (Friday & Saturday off)
