Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (German-Speaking) Role Summary

The German-Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier, German-speaking talent . This role requires a strategic, proactive, and process-driven individual who can attract and engage highly specialized candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and maintaining compliance with German market standards . Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and define job requirements for German-focused roles .

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies tailored to the German market .

• Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, German job boards, professional networks, and local recruitment events .

• Candidate Management & Assessment:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding .

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, qualifications, cultural fit (German Market), and German Language Proficiency (targeting B2+, C1/C2 fluency) .

• Ensure all recruitment processes are efficient and meet internal service level agreements (SLAs) .

• Compliance & Market Expertise:

• Provide market insights on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability within Germany .

• Employer Branding & Engagement:

• Promote the company's employer brand within the German talent market to attract top-tier professionals .

• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent, and engaging communication .

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with professional-level German skills (native-level or C1/C2 preferred) .

• Experience:

• Proven professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment, preferably within the IT/informatics or a related sector .

• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for specialized, hard-to-find skills .

• Familiarity with local German recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques .

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools .

• Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .

• Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills .

• Professional, reliable, and highly service-oriented demeanor .
• A proactive, adaptable, and assertive personality, capable of influencing stakeholders .
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and hiring projects efficiently .
