EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Construction Industry Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day construction activities across assigned projects or sites.
  • Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and follow up on project schedules in coordination with the Planning team.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE
    policies, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
  • Enforce quality control procedures and ensure works meet required standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • From 10 to 15 years of experience in construction projects.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager within construction contracting companies (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site coordination.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial).
