Are you a detail-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment? We're looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our shipments move accurately, safely, and efficiently every single day.

If you enjoy optimizing loads, coordinating warehouse operations, and keeping things running smoothly—this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

-Build and plan trailer loads based on shipment requirements, route schedules, and legal weight limits.

-Maximize trailer cube utilization and balance weight distribution for safe, efficient transport.

-Determine proper loading sequence to guarantee smooth unloading at each destination.

-Work closely with pickers, forklift drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse leads to ensure the right freight is loaded at the right time.

-Provide clear load plans and communicate special handling instructions.

-Adapt quickly to last-minute changes from customers or transportation teams.

-Ensure all outbound trailers comply with DOT regulations, weight restrictions, and company safety policies.

-Verify load securement and stability before departure.

-Identify and report damaged, unsafe, or noncompliant freight to prevent delays and protect product q

quality.

What We're Looking For:

-Fluent English Speakers is a must (at least B2)

-Experience in logistics, load planning, warehouse operations, or transportation (preferred).

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to stay calm, organized, and accurate in a fast-moving environment.

-Knowledge of DOT weight regulations and safe loading practices is a plus.

-Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems is an advantage.
