Role Overview:

We are seeking a
dynamic and strategic Executive Assistant
to support the CEO in driving key initiatives, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple business areas. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, it combines
executive coordination, project management, and strategic follow-up
, serving as a trusted partner to the CEO in day-to-day operations and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive & Strategic Support

  • Act as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring priorities, meetings, and deliverables are managed effectively.
  • Coordinate strategic projects, follow up on key milestones, and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs, preparing materials and insights in advance.

2. Meeting & Communication Management

  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Record, summarize, and follow up on key decisions and action items.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between the CEO's office and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.

3. Administrative & Logistical Coordination

  • Manage complex calendars, travel itineraries, and scheduling with precision.
  • Ensure all logistics are well-planned and executed for board meetings, leadership offsites, and key events.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation securely.

4. Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market or internal research as requested by the CEO.
  • Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and project updates to support decision-making.
  • Track progress on strategic initiatives using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    supporting a C-Level Executive (CEO, COO, or equivalent).
  • Proven background in
    project management or executive coordination
    within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional
    organization, prioritization, and time management
    skills.
  • Strong
    business writing and presentation
    abilities.
  • High proficiency in
    MS Office Suite
    (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
    SAP
    (preferred).
  • Excellent command of
    English and Arabic
    (written and spoken).
  • Discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
