Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Verification of Benefits Specialist. The responsibilities include verifying patients' insurance coverage, conducting formal verification processes, coordinating with insurance providers, addressing inquiries related to insurance claims, and ensuring accurate and timely updates. The role involves analyzing benefits information and providing high-quality customer support to ensure a smooth process for patients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Formal Verification
  • Proficiency in Insurance Verification processes and systems
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
