Job Summary

We are seeking 
Senior Design Engineers
 to join our 
Design Team
 within a leading engineering consulting company. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and overseeing design solutions across various disciplines — including 
Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical
 — ensuring technical excellence, compliance with relevant codes and standards, and effective coordination throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of discipline-specific systems and components for diverse building and infrastructure projects.
  • Perform and review engineering calculations, analyses, and simulations as required for design validation and optimization.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed design drawings, technical specifications, reports, and tender documents.
  • Ensure all designs comply with the
    Building Codes
    , relevant international standards, and local authority requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during all project phases — from concept and detailed design to construction and commissioning.
  • Collaborate closely with other disciplines to achieve fully integrated, coordinated, and value-engineered design solutions.
  • Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals, and participate in design coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, sustainable design principles, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
     in the relevant engineering discipline (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Engineering License or Chartership
     (e.g., PE, CEng) is highly desirable.
  • 8–12 years
     of proven experience in design.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and analysis software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, ETABS, HAP, Dialux, etc., depending on discipline).
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
