About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Transformation Expert to lead the digital and organizational transformation of our Internal Audit Department. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and drive transformation programs to enhance efficiency, agility, and alignment with international best practices.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and implement transformation plans for the Internal Audit Department covering both organizational and digital aspects.


• Assess the organizational maturity of the internal audit function and develop a comprehensive improvement roadmap.


• Develop and update internal audit policies and procedures based on Risk-Based Internal Audit (RBIA) methodologies.


• Apply and promote Agile Auditing methods to enhance audit responsiveness and flexibility.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt digital tools and technologies supporting transformation initiatives.


• Prepare high-quality executive-level reports and presentations for senior management and the Audit Committee.


• Lead awareness and training initiatives to prepare internal audit teams for continuous improvement.


• Ensure all initiatives comply with IIA Standards and international internal audit best practices.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Finance.


• Master's degree in one of the above fields is preferred.

Experience:


• Minimum 10 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Corporate Consulting, including at least 3 years in organizational or digital transformation projects.

Professional Certifications:


• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) – required.


• Additional certifications such as CRMA, CISA, or CPA are highly preferred.

Skills and Competencies:


• Proven experience in designing and implementing internal audit transformation programs.


• Strong ability to analyze organizational maturity and develop digital transformation frameworks.


• Expertise in RBIA and Agile Auditing methodologies.


• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.


• Strong strategic thinking and change management capabilities.


• High proficiency in preparing executive-level dashboards and reports.
