Head of Internal Audit
to lead our credit strategy and ensure disciplined growth within
FRA-compliant
frameworks

What You'll Own


• Build and lead the internal audit function across all departments (Credit, Risk, Ops, Finance)


• Design an annual audit plan based on risk assessment and FRA priorities


• Conduct audits to evaluate process effectiveness, internal controls, and compliance


• Report audit findings and recommendations directly to the Audit Committee


• Ensure corrective action tracking and timely resolution of identified gaps


• Oversee audits on third-party partners, vendors, and outsourced services


• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory inspectors (including FRA)


• Promote a culture of accountability and ethical operations

What We're Looking For


• 7+ years of internal audit or risk control experience in SME lending, NBFIs, or banks


• 3+ years in an audit leadership or supervisory role


• Familiarity with FRA audit expectations, non-bank lending regulations, and control frameworks


• Knowledge of operational, credit, IT, and financial auditing


• Strong analytical, reporting, and risk assessment skills


• CIA, CPA, or equivalent audit certifications preferred


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, or Finance
