Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Strategy & Model Development

  • Design and implement advanced
    machine learning
    and
    predictive models
    to support key business decisions — including property valuation, demand forecasting, investment analysis, and maintenance optimization.
  • Develop and manage
    data pipelines
    that source, clean, and transform large datasets from internal systems (ERP, CRM, leasing, FM) and external data sources (market trends, demographics, geospatial data).
  • Conduct
    exploratory data analysis (EDA)
    to uncover actionable insights and drive business recommendations.

2. Business Insights & Decision Support

  • Lead end-to-end
    data science projects
    —from business understanding and data preparation to model development, validation, and deployment.
  • Translate complex analytical outcomes into
    clear business insights
    and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Partner with Real Estate Development, Sales, Marketing, Facility Management, and Finance teams to identify
    data-driven opportunities
    that improve revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Ensure best practices in
    MLOps
    , version control, and CI/CD for machine learning systems.

3. Advanced Analytics & AI Initiatives

  • Apply
    geospatial analytics (GIS)
    and
    computer vision
    (for construction site monitoring or property inspection) where relevant.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and IT to deploy and monitor machine learning models in production (MLOps environment).

4. Data Governance & Quality

  • Ensure
    data integrity, accuracy, and compliance
    with company and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's
    data governance framework
    and metadata documentation

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
    .
  • PhD is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning — ideally within
    real estate, property management, construction, or investment sectors
    .
  • Proven track record of building and deploying predictive models in production environments.
  • Strong background in
    machine learning
    ,
    statistical analysis
    , and
    data visualization
    .

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Python
    ,
    R
    , or
    SQL
    .
  • Experience with
    ML frameworks
    (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong understanding of
    data engineering concepts
    and tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark, Databricks).
  • Experience with
    data visualization
    tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Understanding of
    MLOps tools
    such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of
    geospatial analysis
    and
    real estate market data
    is highly desirable.
