Alpha med is looking for an experienced Telesales to join our team

Location : First New cairo (On site)

Job Type: Full-time

Medical & Social

Day Off : Fri

Daily working hours are 6 hours

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote our cosmetics products.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives through effective selling.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a positive and professional manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in our system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop sales strategies and campaign efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, preferably in the cosmetics or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create engaging conversations.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong persuasive skills and a results-driven mindset to meet sales goals.
  • A passion for cosmetics and beauty products, with knowledge of current trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and sales activities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
