Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in New Cairo. The role involves promoting and selling the company's automotive products and services over the phone. A Telesales Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing calls, build strong customer relationships, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The individual will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build positive relationships and convey information effectively
- Sales experience, with a focus on achieving targets and meeting customer needs
- Capability to facilitate Training related to product knowledge and customer engagement techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools is preferred
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
