Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Monitoring & Evaluation paid Intern.

The intern will be responsible for supporting the Monitoring & Evaluation function in tracking program results, collecting data, and conducting research that guides decision-making and ensures we deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on communities, ESOs and relevant topics.
  • Collect, organize, and document data for M&E purposes
  • Assist in field visits and stakeholder interviews
  • Support in preparing reports, case studies, and success stories
  • Maintain records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Research & analytical skills (data collection + desktop research)
  • Good reporting and documentation abilities
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, organized and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
