Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

Location: Nasr City

  • Responsibilities:
    Review all requests created in the system to ensure they are complete and correctly submitted.
  • Validate each request against documented procedures, guidelines, and process manuals.
  • Identify inconsistencies, errors, or deviations from standard processes.
  • Escalate issues to the relevant teams for correction or clarification.
  • Maintain clear and structured communication when reporting findings.
  • Analyze the types and frequencies of identified issues.
  • Compile findings into a structured list with recurring patterns and root causes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current processes and procedures.
  • Stay informed on any updates or changes to the process and adjust validation criteria accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed reports highlighting findings, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Present reports to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in every task, with a strong focus on detail.
  • Support a culture of compliance and quality within the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business process documentation
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in same role.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in using business systems and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with process auditing or compliance roles is a plus.
