We are looking for a senior, impact-driven professional who will own operational performance analysis and process optimization across the organization. This role plays a critical part in driving execution excellence, scalability, and efficiency by translating operational data into actionable improvements and ensuring consistent delivery standards across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end operational dashboards and reporting.
  • Define, monitor, and refine operational KPIs including productivity, utilization, delivery timelines, SLAs, cost efficiency, and operational drivers of client retention.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead workflow mapping and SOP design across departments.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive cross-functional process improvements.
  • Measure, track, and report the impact of implemented operational changes.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and delivery benchmarks.
  • Lead QA audits on execution quality, timelines, and communication standards.
  • Identify systemic operational risks and implement preventative solutions.
  • Own capacity planning and workload forecasting across teams.
  • Run advanced "what-if" scenarios related to scaling, headcount, and demand.
  • Partner with Finance and HR on efficiency planning and resource optimization.
  • Own operational reporting across CRM, project management, and BI tools.
  • Lead automation initiatives using low-code/no-code tools to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure data consistency and operational visibility across all systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support team capability building.
  • Drive cross-team accountability through data transparency and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Operations Analysis, Performance Analysis, or similar roles.
  • Advanced Excel and BI skills; SQL is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in digital marketing agencies, startups, or service-based environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
