Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Front-End React Developer to lead the design and delivery of responsive, performant web applications. You will apply clean architecture and atomic design principles to build Progressive Web Apps, integrate with back-end microservices, and mentor the front-end team in best practices.

  • Architect & develop responsive React applications
    using clean architecture and atomic design
  • Implement Progressive Web App features
    such as service workers, offline support, and manifest
  • Manage state with Redux & Redux toolkit
    for complex asynchronous workflows
  • Integrate RESTful/JSON APIs
    with robust handling of asynchronous requests and promises
  • Enforce security & authorization
    using modern mechanisms like JSON Web Tokens
  • Optimize performance
    through code-splitting, lazy-loading, memorization, and secure coding
  • Collaborate & mentor
    across UX, backend, and QA teams on API contracts, accessibility (WCAG), RTL, and front-end optimizations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 6+ years
    of professional experience building web applications with
  • Strong expertise in
    Redux toolkit
    for state management
  • Solid understanding of
    Clean Architecture
    and
    Atomic Design
  • Proven track record with
    responsive web design
    and mobile-first principles
  • Extensive experience integrating with
    web services APIs
    (REST, JSON)
  • Strong grasp of
    asynchronous TypeScript
    , promises, and error handling
  • Familiarity with
    modern authorization mechanisms
    (JWT, OAuth)
  • Proficient with
    Git
    and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests)
  • Extensive experience applying
    GOF design patterns
    and
    SOLID principles
  • Excellent problem-solving, estimation, and communication skills; ability to deliver under pressure
