Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing & Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's digital marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the company's market position. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on management of campaigns, communication initiatives, and brand content across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and retargeting strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC, engagement) and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging online materials and visuals.
  • Maintain and optimize the company's website and landing pages for lead generation.

Communication & Branding

  • Develop and execute corporate communication plans to promote the brand and key messages.
  • Manage internal and external communication, including press releases, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
  • Handle media relations, press coverage, and influencer collaborations when applicable.
  • Lead crisis communication and reputation management efforts when needed.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Supervise and mentor the digital marketing team to ensure project quality and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales, business development, and product teams to align marketing objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, media planning, and ROI tracking.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure the company's competitiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and corporate communications.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing teams and marketing budgets.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on tasks.
  • Creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented professional.
