Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior HR Executive based in Egypt. The Junior HR Executive will handle various HR tasks encompassing HR operations, employee relations, and policy implementation along with recruitment .

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR (0-1 year)
  • Knowledge of HR Operations and HR Policies
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is an advantage
  • Salary 6,000 EGP (during probation) 7,000 EGP after
  • Must have working laptop
  • Working hours Monday-Friday (3pm-12am)
