Main Job Scope:

Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for the brands across

Egypt & Sudan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing brand plans that reflect local consumer insights and market dynamics.
  • Support the rollout of seasonal and thematic campaigns, including sports-related activations and cultural moments.
  • Contribute to the relaunch of core product ranges and the introduction of new formats and limited editions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital, influencer, and retail campaigns.
  • Participate in the development of university and youth engagement programs to build brand relevance and trial.
  • Help monitor brand performance and market trends to inform future plans and adjustments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Finance, Sales, and Shopper Marketing to align on priorities and timelines.
  • Support the creation of compelling brand stories and assets that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in consumer marketing or relevant internships.
  • A genuine passion for football and solid knowledge of the sport is a plus.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and campaign planning is a plus.
  • Passion for personal care, youth culture, and brand building.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of cultural awareness.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of brand performance metrics.
