Reporting to:

Head of Marketing.

Role Description:

To develop and execute brand strategies for the chilled and frozen food categories, driving market share, brand equity, profitability, and consumer loyalty. The Brand Manager will play a key role in innovation, portfolio management, communication, and trade marketing alignment to ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop annual brand plans and strategies.

· Monitor brand performance and market trends.

· Manage product portfolio and packaging updates.

· Lead new product development (NPD).

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns.

· Manage agencies and creative development.

· Support trade marketing and sales teams.

· Ensure strong in-store and online brand visibility.

· Manage brand budgets and P&L.

· Lead cross-functional coordination for brand projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4–7 years of experience in brand management or FMCG marketing.
  • Experience in
    chilled and frozen food categories
    is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in innovation, brand building, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Nielsen, retail audit data, consumer research, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent command of digital marketing and content strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing brand budgets and P&L.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
