Sales Manager – Engineer
location: Nasr City Cairo
Position Overview
The Sales Manager – Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing the company's annual sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets. The role includes direct sales, team leadership, market development , and managing key customer relationships in the fields of automation, BMS, low current, and industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual sales plan to achieve targets
Manage and execute direct sales operations, personally contributing to part of the target.
Lead, guide, and motivate the Sales Engineers team to achieve the remaining targets.
Identify target market sectors and develop strategies to penetrate them.
Build and manage strategic relationships with key clients and major accounts.
Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators, preparing regular reports.
Coordinate closely with Presales & Marketing teams to support sales operations.
Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Lead negotiations and successfully close major deals.
Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities.
Develop the sales team's skills through training, coaching, and continuous follow-up.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
7–10 years of experience in sales of automation, BMS, low current, & industrial systems, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven ability to achieve large-scale sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management experience with Sales Engineers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Strong technical knowledge of BMS, automation, and low current systems.
Experience managing relationships with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.
Market awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities and beat competitors.
Willingness to travel as required.
