Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring sales teams, building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals and excel in client-centric service. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, setting sales quotas, and ensuring consistent team performance.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement strategies.
- Management and Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate sales teams, set goals, and evaluate performance effectively.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Expertise in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing sales strategies.
- Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in negotiation and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools and Sales Software: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales tools is required.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Work Experience: Prior experience as a sales manager or similar role, preferably in a training or recruitment environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Cairo market and fluency in Arabic and English are advantageous.
