We're Hiring: Senior Hospitality QA Engineers (Architecture – Mechanical – Electrical)

Company: Ace Project Management

Location: New Administrative Capital

Ace Project Management is seeking Senior Quality Assurance Engineers with 10+ years of experience for a hospitality / hotel project in the New Administrative Capital in the following disciplines:


• Senior Architectural QA Engineer


• Senior Mechanical QA Engineer


• Senior Electrical QA Engineer

The roles focus on ensuring all works meet hotel standards, are executed with high-quality finishes, and are fully ready for FF&E installation and final handover.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline

10+ years of experience in construction and QA roles

Proven experience in hotel / hospitality projects

Strong knowledge of hotel design standards, mock-ups, and finishing details

Excellent understanding of drawings, specifications, and execution tolerances

Experience coordinating with interior design, FF&E, and operator teams

High attention to detail and quality

Key Responsibilities:


• Ensure architectural finishes and MEP works comply with approved hotel designs


• Verify dimensions, levels, and clearances are accurate and suitable for FF&E


• Inspect guestrooms, public areas, BOH, and service areas


• Manage interfaces between Architecture, MEP, Interior Design, and FF&E


• Issue and close snags, NCRs, and quality observations


• Support testing, commissioning, and final hotel handover


• Ensure areas are handed over ready for fit-out and operation
