Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Administrative Assistant
to be the heart of our daily operations. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also supporting our internal teams with essential administrative duties. Your presence will ensure the office runs efficiently and that every guest and colleague feels welcomed and supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners with a professional attitude.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, etc.).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and preparing documents.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, liaising with suppliers when necessary.
  • Support internal teams and management with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
  • Help organize company events, team activities, and internal communications.
  • Ensure the reception and office environment is tidy, professional, and welcoming.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or front-desk role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-oriented demeanor.
  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and reliable team player who can also work independently.
  • Presentable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
