Role Description
Mac Construction is seeking a full-time Projects Control Manager to oversee urban planning projects. The role is on-site at our Heliopolis office. The Projects Control Manager will develop and manage project control systems, supervise project plans, lead project managers, and ensure project deadlines and goals are met. Responsibilities include creating schedules, monitoring project performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Leadership and managing diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Project Management and working closely with Project Managers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Experience in Planning and Project Control, especially related to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project risks and ensure smooth execution.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with urban planning and construction processes is preferred.
- Relevant certification in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
