Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, managing customer experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves active communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and building positive relationships to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Strong expertise in providing excellent Customer Experience and building strong client relationships
  • An empathetic and solution-oriented approach to addressing customer needs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
