Role Description

We are seeking a
strategic, hands-on Finance Manager
to build and lead Thrivve's financial operations as we scale.

This role requires someone who thrives in
fast-moving startup environments
, understands fintech dynamics, and can design world-class financial structures from the ground up.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team on decision-making, financial planning, and investor-related activities.

What you will do:

  • Lead all daily finance operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop financial models, performance dashboards, and scenario analyses.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for healthy financial stability.
  • Build and enforce financial policies and internal control frameworks.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax, regulatory, and fintech-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate audits, investor reporting, data rooms, and due-diligence cycles.
  • Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and external partners.
  • Implement and optimize ERP/accounting systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Mentor finance team members and elevate financial accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA is a plus).
  • 7–10 years of experience in financial management roles.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in Startup environments.
  • Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Solid understanding of tax, audit, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and building finance processes from scratch.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate with agility in a fast-growing, high-pressure environment.
