Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level SuccessFactors Consultant to join our HR Technology team. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules to enhance HR operations and employee experience. This role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support SuccessFactors modules, including (but not limited to):

Recruiting

Onboarding

Employee Central (Core HR)

Career and Talent Development

SuccessFactors Work Zone

Configure, test, and implement system changes based on business requirements.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless HR process integration.

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for system users.

Participate in data migration, reporting, and integration with SAP Integration Suite (Standard Edition) and other systems.

Ensure compliance with best practices, security, and governance standards.

Conduct training and provide knowledge transfer to end-users.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules is required.

Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
