Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson, You will be responsible for Provide personalized customer service to every client, ensuring a memorable luxury retail experience, Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable product recommendations, Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective product presentation and upselling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Previous experience from 2 to 4 years in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and sales techniques

  • Basic knowledge of gold types, karats, weights, and market value is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • V. good to Excellent English Level
