Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Salesperson to join our team at Swiza Chocolates. This is an on-site position located in New Cairo. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized recommendations from our selection of high-quality artisanal chocolates. Key responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, handling transactions, replenishing stock, and ensuring a welcoming and professional shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Product knowledge and understanding of sales techniques
  • Ability to manage transactions and work with point-of-sale systems
  • Skills in organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Prior experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Experience in Luxury Chocolate is a massive plus.
