Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify opportunities, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication, and collaborating with the sales team to drive growth. The Marketing Specialist will also manage marketing campaigns, implement customer engagement activities, and track performance metrics to optimize results.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to perform Market Research to identify trends, analyze competition, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to drive campaign results and achieve business objectives.
  • Creative and analytical thinking to design innovative marketing approaches and evaluate their impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
