Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in 6th of October. The Legal Secretary will provide administrative support to legal professionals by managing schedules, preparing and reviewing legal documents, overseeing clerical tasks, and handling diary management. The role requires exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations within the firm.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in Legal Document Preparation
  • Experience in Legal Assistance and overseeing clerical operations
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and other administrative tasks
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in legal software and office tools is an asset
  • Prior experience in a legal or corporate environment is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
