Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer based in 6th of October City. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting agreements, representing clients in legal proceedings, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, analyzing legal implications for businesses, and providing tailored legal solutions to domestic and international clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, litigation, arbitration, and intellectual property law
  • Excellent skills in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Proficiency in legal research and analysis
  • Demonstrated negotiation and dispute resolution abilities
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • An LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution; a master's degree is an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in corporate or international law
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases
  • Experience in handling expatriate or immigration-related legal matters is a plus
  • Membership in the Egyptian Bar Association
