Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Technical & Commercial Area Manager. The candidate will oversee the technical and commercial activities within the assigned region, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. Responsibilities include managing contracts, coordinating with teams, developing business plans, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. As a key liaison, the candidate will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess project performance, identify challenges, and propose data-driven solutions
  • Proficiency in Commercial Management and Business Planning to support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Experience in Team Management and leading cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and collaboration
  • Expertise in Contract Management, including negotiation and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical or commercial management within the construction or engineering industry
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools is an advantage
