Key Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both white&Blue collar roles.


• Source, screen, and interview candidates for retail positions in a fast-paced environment.


• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to junior recruiters.


• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.


• Collaborate with department managers to ensure staffing needs are fulfilled efficiently and on time.

Requirements & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.


• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in a senior role.


• Experience in retail or fast-paced work environments is preferred.


• Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.

Working Hours:
 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break) — Friday off

Location:
New El Nozha, Cairo.
