Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to strengthen brand equity, enhance market presence, and drive business growth across all channels. Leading the Trade Marketing, Brand Management, Packaging & Design, and Events teams, the role ensures consistent brand representation, impactful activations, and alignment with commercial priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 12 years of marketing experience in FMCG
    with proven leadership responsibilities
  • Solid experience in brand management and trade marketing
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, category dynamics, and market trends
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing plans
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Creative thinker with high attention to detail and brand consistency
