Role Description**

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel for a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves handling high-level litigation and legal disputes, providing expert legal advice, and representing our company in courts or other legal proceedings,

The Senior Litigation Counsel will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting negotiations, analyzing complex legal issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to the organization's operations. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Law, including litigation in national and local courts
  • Proficiency in handling Legal Issues and providing Legal Advice
  • Advanced Negotiation skills and adeptness in conflict resolution
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve complex legal and compliance matters
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is essential
  • Must hold a valid qualification to practice law in Egypt
  • 5+ years of experience in litigation with a focus on commercial and corporate law
  • Master degree is preferred
