Job Summary:
Value International Group is looking for a
creative and motivated Marketing Specialist
to join our Business Development team.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that reflect the company's vision, strengthen its digital presence, and support sales growth through innovative and integrated marketing campaigns.
key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing plans and digital advertising strategies under the supervision of the CDO.

· Create and manage engaging marketing content in coordination with designers, photographers, and video producers

· Manage all company social media accounts with consistent posting, engagement, and audience growth

· Generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns and continuous brand promotion.

· Research client data and potential leads, communicate with prospects, and coordinate with the sales team to support deal closure

· Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads) and analyze performance metrics.

· Maintain brand identity across all marketing materials.

· Prepare monthly reports to evaluate marketing performance and impact on sales.
Qualifications:
·
Cairo-based candidates only (mandatory).
· Minimum
4 years of experience
in
digital marketing
or
social media management.
· Proficiency in
design tools
(Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)

· Strong creative and professional
marketing content writing
skills.

· Proven experience in
managing paid ad campaigns
and analyzing performance data.

· Familiarity with analytic
tools
(Google Analytic s, Meta Business Suite, Linked-in Campaign Manager).

· Excellent
communication and coordination skills
across departments.

·
Fluent in English
, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills (Competitive Advantage):
· Experience in
B2B marketing
or sectors such as
consulting, engineering, or legal services
.

· Good understanding of the
customer journey
and
CRM tools
.

· Ability to generate marketing ideas that directly support
sales goals
.
Key Performance Indicators (Kips):
· Monthly engagement growth across digital platforms

· Number of leads generated from marketing campaigns.

· Conversion rate from engagement to actual sales opportunity

· Quality and creativity of content based on brand standards.

· Timeliness and quality of deliverable s.
