Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt, with the option to work remotely for part of the week. The primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer support by resolving inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer interaction. The role involves providing information, handling requests, and ensuring customers have a positive experience during every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in delivering an outstanding Customer Experience and fostering Customer Relationships
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle customer interactions empathetically and professionally
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with flexibility and professionalism
