Role Overview

The 
SEO Specialist
 will be responsible for improving website visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings through 
on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
. The role works closely with content, development, and marketing teams to drive measurable growth in organic performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute 
    SEO strategies
     aligned with business goals
  • Perform 
    keyword research
    , competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
  • Optimize 
    on-page SEO
     (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structure)
  • Identify and resolve 
    technical SEO issues
     (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
  • Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices
  • Manage 
    off-page SEO
     activities including backlinks and outreach
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using analytics and SEO tools
  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare 
    SEO performance reports
  • Support SEO requirements for 
    new websites, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Ensure SEO compliance with 
    search engine guidelines and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years
     of experience in 
    SEO or Digital Marketing
  • Strong understanding of 
    on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Hands-on experience with 
    SEO tools
     (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
  • Good understanding of 
    HTML, CSS, and website structure
     (basic level)
  • Experience optimizing content for 
    search intent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 
    e-commerce or enterprise websites
  • Knowledge of 
    CMS platforms
     (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
  • Understanding of 
    conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience with 
    international or multi-language SEO
