Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt, for an Airline Ticketing Manager. The Airline Ticketing Manager will oversee ticket sales, ticketing operations, and event ticketing processes to ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include managing ticketing systems, coordinating with airline partners, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and providing outstanding customer service support to clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Ticket Sales, Ticket Operations, and Event Ticketing
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an excellent client experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems and booking platforms is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the travel or airline industry is a strong advantage
