Are you a creative and experienced Interior Designer ready to lead impactful projects and mentor a talented team?

We are currently hiring a Senior Interior Designer to take the lead on concept development, oversee project execution, and guide our design team to success.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead the creation of design concepts that align with client goals, budgets, and aesthetics.


• Develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate ideas clearly.


• Design spatial layouts, furniture arrangements, and circulation plans for functionality and flow.


• Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and procurement documents.


• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that support the design vision.


• Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.


• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality delivery.


• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation.


• Collaborate with project managers to maintain schedules and budgets.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.


• 3+ years of proven experience with a diverse design portfolio.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, and rendering tools.


• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.


• Excellent communication and client management skills.


• Solid understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
