Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with industrial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires technical understanding of industrial products and the ability to offer solutions that meet clients' operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial market.


• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.


• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings to understand customer needs.


• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.


• Prepare professional documents and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.


• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.


• Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and after-sales support.


• Perform market research and provide reports of the current market situation


• Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to enhance research, productivity, and customer support.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.


• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or related field.


• Proven experience (1-2 years) in industrial or B2B sales (e.g., machinery, spare parts, industrial supplies, etc.).


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Technical understanding of industrial equipment or materials is preferred.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.


• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.


• Willingness to travel frequently and visit client sites (factories, workshops, industrial zones)


• Expect min. 50% travel activity.
