Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing influencer partnerships, developing influencer marketing campaigns, and building relationships with content creators across various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Relationship Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and social media personalities
- Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives results
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide detailed reports on ROI and engagement rates
- Negotiation & Contracts: Handle influencer negotiations, contract management, and ensure compliance with campaign guidelines
- Trend Analysis: Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic recommendations
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spending for maximum impact
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and campaign management tools
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience in social media analytics and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Experience working with influencers in the Middle East region
- Knowledge of content creation processes and social media best practices
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (AspireIQ, Upfluence, Klear, etc.)
- Understanding of FTC guidelines and disclosure requirements
- Experience with micro and macro influencer segments
