Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef at Süss . The Assistant Pastry Chef will assist in the preparation and creation of baked goods and pastries. Responsibilities include supporting the head pastry chef in daily kitchen operations, preparing ingredients, baking a variety of desserts, ensuring food quality standards, maintaining a clean workspace, and contributing to new recipe ideas.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
  • Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
  • Strong knowledge of Culinary Skills, including precision and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent time-management and organizational capabilities
  • Formal culinary training or degree in pastry arts is a strong asset
  • Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
