Virtual Worker Now is Hiring: Remote PPC Manager to lead and optimize our pay-per-click advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization to improve ad performance.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score.
  • Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to increase conversion rates.
  • Optimize campaign budgets for efficient ad spend and maximum ROI.
  • Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
  • Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams to align campaigns with broader digital strategies.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging trends in PPC and performance marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, retargeting, and attribution modelling.
  • Knowledge of ad extensions, audience segmentation, and dynamic ads.
  • Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce, Instapage, or Elementor.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and tracking pixels.
  • Strong understanding of ad copywriting and creative optimization principles.
  • Experience managing large ad budgets with a data-driven approach to spend optimization.
  • Clear communication skills for reporting campaign results and insights.
