Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales professional. The role involves prospecting and building relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, developing strategies to achieve targets, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The Sales professional will manage customer accounts, provide excellent customer service, and may assist in training new team members to support team growth and development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and understand their needs
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, achieve targets, and oversee account performance
- Experience in providing Training to team members, fostering knowledge sharing, and personal development
- Proactive mindset with a results-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Previous experience in sales or retail, particularly in the mobile or accessories industry, is an advantageous asset
