JOB TITLE
Senior Specialist, People & Organisation | MAF Global Solutions | Human Capital

Role Summary
To provide overall support to Majid Al Futtaim GS population in Egypt . Role support includes to Induction and On Boarding, Employee Relations, Employees Services, Employee Engagement,Internal Communications and operational tasks.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Ensure all new joiners are properly onboarded through the workforce team
  • Making sure all documents are being handled properly by the workforce team and in timely manner.
  • Keep open channels with all stakeholders to make sure their requests are being addressed on timely manner.
  • Making sure our medical insurance services are running smoothly and handled by the medical insurance specialist providing support if needed.
  • Making sure our mobile line devices account is running smoothly and handled by the admin assistant.
  • Support the HC Manager to conduct monthly visits to different departments and meet employees and line managers to ensure a healthy work environment.
  • To draft and prepare any internal memos, announcements, newsletters or any information that needs to be shared with the employees.
  • Supporting the HC business partner with the all the operational tasks and owning them to make sure they are delivered on time with the right quality.

Requirements

  • High quality knowledge of employee relations and how to maintain active relation with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence with credibility at all levels
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Team oriented, flexible and enthusiastic with a positive and committed approach.
  • Reliable and able to work on own initiative, with good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • 2 to 3 years experience required.
