Due to a pending planned maternity leave, we are actively seeking a
People Lead
to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

The Role

The
People Lead
is focused on managing and developing our team while fostering a positive work culture. A primary focus of the role is to act as a bridge between leadership and the team in order to represent team needs and feedback to appropriately to senior management.

The ideal candidate will enjoy promoting inclusion and collaboration and will have experience of a high growth talent acquisition in a fast paced environment.

Experience of managing performance cycles, providing career support and coaching line managers would also be advantageous.
